Lee Ann Anderson is a recent University of Florida graduate who's interning on USA Today's national investigations desk through the Ida B. Wells Society for Investigative Reporting.
During her time at UF, she was selected to the 2025 class of ProPublica's Emerging Reporters, wrote for the The Hill as a breaking news/enterprise reporter and was a Carnegie-Knight News21 fellow at Arizona State University where she covered immigration under a second Trump administration.
Lastly, she has written for Fresh Take Florida, an investigative and political news service housed at the University of Florida, and shot photography for WUFT, UF's PBS affiliate, and for the Florida Gators.
